I just placed an order. Did it go through?

Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Sometimes these types of emails get labeled as "junk" and end up in your bulk folder or "junk" folder. If you still do not see an order confirmation please email us or call us at 801-566-1802.   

When will my order ship? 

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will need to allow 2-4 business days for the USPS to actually deliver the package if you live in the United States. For International orders, shipping time depends on the location and time of year. International customers should plan on at least 14 days once the package has shipped. Of course, this could be quicker depending on your location. You can always check your status by logging into your account.  We also email shipping confirmations when the package has shipped.

What is your return policy?

 We will gladly accept returns or exchanges subject to the following conditions: 

 -A return authorization number must be included in your return/exchange. To request a number, please call or emailing us your order/invoice number.  Please indicate the item being returned or exchanged and the reason for the return/exchange.  

-Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt date.   

-A refund will be issued in the original form of payment if items are returned in this time frame-less all shipping fees.  

-All shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping fees for returns/exchanges are customer's responsibility.  

-Returns should be packed carefully.  We recommend using  USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and insure package for their value. Katelyn & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.  When shipping the item(s) please keep the tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost shipping returns.

-Please allow 7 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
